Essential innovation for Biomedicine, Photonics,
and the world of Advanced Materials
IQS Nano develops and manufactures ultra-precise 3D printing systems based on two-photon polymerization (2PP) technology. With over 10 years of experience, we have worked with both major laser regimes — from our first-generation 780 nm (red laser) system to the current IQnano3D, which operates at 515 nm (green laser). The IQnano3D is designed for high-throughput fabrication of complex micro- and nanostructures with extreme precision.
In addition to hardware development, we provide custom micro- and nanoscale solutions for a wide range of applications, particularly in optics, photonics, synthetic holography, precision engineering, and biomedicine.
Our Application Centre is equipped for master fabrication, rapid prototyping, and scalable production — from small batches to high-volume manufacturing in the range of millions of meters — including tooling and technologies for 2D and 2.5D mass replication.
Discover the Full Journey
of Two-Photon Nano Printing
Get a complete overview of the 3D nano printing process using two-photon polymerization. The video guides you through all key steps: applying the printing material to the wafer, loading it into the system, preparing the data, printing, removing the wafer, developing by washing away unpolymerized resin, drying, and final inspection of the printed structure under an electron microscope.

Steering for 2PP
NanoSweep™ is our proprietary beam steering technology that combines fast, inertia-free AOD deflection with mechanical stage motion. It enables smooth, brush-like laser sweeping across each layer, reducing write times while maintaining nanoscale precision. Thanks to this hybrid approach, NanoSweep™ allows stitching-less writing along the scanning axis. Randomized seam positioning further improves structural integrity, outperforming traditional square-raster strategies used in galvanometric systems.
Key benefits:
- Ultra-fast inertia-free layer scanning
- Maintains nanoscale voxel resolution
- Efficient hybrid motion (optical + mechanical)
- Ideal for high-throughput microfabrication
- Seamless stitching along scan paths
